Mealie is developed, published and operated by Systemfy Infotech, a software engineering and technology consultancy based in Kolkata, India. It is hosted on infrastructure we operate and supported directly by the engineers who build it.

What Mealie is

Mealie is a practice management platform for nutrition and wellness professionals. It gives a practice a single system for the whole client relationship, replacing the spreadsheets, document folders and message threads that practices otherwise accumulate.

The platform has two faces. Practitioners work in a professional portal; their clients get a separate portal of their own, seeing only their own plan and their own records.

• Client records — medical history, dietary restrictions, measurements and uploaded reports, kept as versioned snapshots.
• Meal planning — a structured library of ingredients and recipes with nutritional data, composed into multi-day plans and assigned to clients.
• Scheduling and assessments — appointment booking and custom questionnaires that practices design once and assign repeatedly.
• Progress and messaging — weight, measurement and photo tracking, daily food logging, wellness check-ins, and in-app messaging between practice and client.

Mealie is sold to practices as a subscription. It is a software service; we do not sell physical goods, and the software does not provide medical advice.
